Small business is in my DNA. Growing up in Minnesota, I watched my family run independent businesses for years, absorbing a culture defined by grit, hard work, and deep community connection. After living and working across four different states, I ultimately chose to plant my roots right here on the beautiful west coast of Wisconsin.

No matter where I’ve lived, I’ve seen firsthand the sacrifices it takes to run an independent shop. I also know how frustrating it is when the technology you rely on holds you back instead of moving you forward.

After earning my Master of Health Administration (MHA), I spent years leading tech teams and managing complex software implementations. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), I specialized in running high-performing, Agile projects where efficiency is everything and systems cannot fail.
